So insignificant as you stand before the Alchemy Pavilion, the biggest store for alchemical concoctions on the whole mountain. It's maintained and supported by the Alchemy Elder herself — which ensures the quality of its goods and an endless supply of various pills. After all, of the nearly thousand alchemists present in the sect, not a single one of them lacks the desire to impress and please Grandmaster Shyi. Even now, at an ordinary hour on an ordinary day, the Pavilion is swarmed with people. Dozens of disciples walk around, inspecting showcases of elixirs and pastes. You hear their excited talks, their declarations, and promises: they would for sure work hard enough, they would for sure get rich, buy the pills of their dreams, and breakthrough their martial bottlenecks. Because that's what it's like for those not gifted with your talent and background. When each small advancement, each tiny growth of strength takes years to complete, not a second can be wasted — otherwise, old age would catch up with you far faster than any martial progress could be achieved. Even in this place, disciples are divided by their perceived status. Normal ones just wander aimlessly, while those who are more important are accompanied by guides that explain the alchemical uses of eye-catching products. And those who carry some actual weight in the sect are directly escorted into private rooms. A young man, in sect robes and with a special pin in the shape of a cauldron, comes to you soon enough as well. "Senior ${polite_address}, welcome." — he greets you — "This one's named Shu-Shu.
